Hyrox PFT (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Hyrox Performance & Fitness Testing platform. We are committed to protecting your personal information and processing it responsibly and lawfully.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Account information: your name, email address, and password when you register.
  • Profile information: date of birth and gender, used to place you in the correct age category and division.
  • Competition data: event registrations, heat assignments, bib numbers, and finish times.
  • Usage data: pages visited, login times, and similar technical information collected automatically.

3. How we use your information

We use your personal information to:

  • Create and manage your athlete account.
  • Register you for events and assign you to heats and categories.
  • Record and publish competition results (including your name and finish time) on public scoreboards.
  • Send you account-related communications (e.g. event reminders, result notifications).
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing your information

Your name and competition results may be published publicly on event scoreboards. We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with venue operators who administer events you have entered, and with service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g. cloud hosting, email delivery). All processors are required to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.

5. Data retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Competition results are retained indefinitely as part of the historical record. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see Section 7).

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted storage of passwords, HTTPS for all data in transit, and role-based access controls within the platform.

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request deletion of your account and personal data.
  • Object to processing for direct marketing purposes.
  • Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
